Role Overview As part of our continued growth, we are excited to open our second luxury showroom in Palo Alto . We are looking for a Client Advisor who wants to become part of the founding team helping bring this new location to life while delivering the exceptional client experience Hung Phat USA is known for. As a Client Advisor, you will play an important role in building meaningful relationships with clients, guiding them through their jewelry journey, and creating a polished, personalized showroom experience. This is a relationship-focused position for someone who enjoys working with people, understands the importance of exceptional service, and takes pride in representing a luxury brand. This is a permanent opportunity for our Palo Alto showroom . To ensure every new team member is fully prepared for success, onboarding and training will begin at our established San Jose showroom before transitioning to Palo Alto once the new showroom officially opens. Training & Showroom Transition As we prepare for the opening of our Palo Alto showroom, all newly hired Client Advisors will begin their employment at our established San Jose showroom for onboarding and hands-on training. During this training period, you will learn: Luxury client service standards Custom jewelry consultation process Product knowledge Showroom operations Client relationship management Hung Phat USA's hospitality and service philosophy Once training has been successfully completed and our Palo Alto showroom officially opens, anticipated in October , your primary work location will transition to Palo Alto. Applicants should be comfortable commuting to our San Jose showroom during the temporary training period. How You Will Spend Your Time Create a warm, memorable first impression by welcoming clients into the showroom with confidence, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. Build genuine relationships with clients and understand their needs, preferences, occasions, and vision. Guide clients through the full custom jewelry experience, ensuring a seamless and elevated journey from consultation to final delivery. Work closely with clients to coordinate custom jewelry projects, fittings, resizing requests, adjustments, and follow-up appointments. Provide thoughtful product guidance and help clients navigate jewelry options based on their individual preferences and needs. Maintain consistent communication with clients throughout their jewelry journey and proactively follow up on appointments, projects, production updates, and special requests. Collaborate cross-functionally with backend operations, production, jewelers, and showroom teams to ensure all orders, custom pieces, and client requests are completed accurately and on time. Anticipate client needs and provide thoughtful hospitality touches, including refreshments and personalized assistance, to ensure comfort throughout their visit. Support showroom operations by managing check-ins, seating arrangements, appointment flow, and overall client coordination with discretion and efficiency. Prepare, maintain, and refresh client-facing areas so the showroom consistently reflects the elegance, organization, and service standards of a luxury jewelry environment. Uphold the visual, organizational, and service standards that define a high-end luxury showroom experience while contributing to a calm, organized, and collaborative team environment. Help establish the client experience and service culture for our newest showroom as a founding team member. Experience Requirements Experience in luxury retail, hospitality, fine dining, hotels, concierge services, boutique retail, personal shopping, or other customer-facing service roles is preferred. Experience in jewelry is not required . Comprehensive training is provided. A genuine interest in building client relationships and delivering exceptional service. Strong communication skills and the ability to make clients feel comfortable and valued. Full-time availability, including weekends, is required. Must be comfortable commuting to our San Jose showroom during the initial training period before transitioning to Palo Alto. Training and onboarding will take place at our established San Jose showroom. Will I permanently work in San Jose? No. Once training is completed and the Palo Alto showroom officially opens, your primary work location will become Palo Alto. When is the Palo Alto showroom expected to open? The showroom is currently anticipated to open in October . Is the San Jose commute permanent? No. San Jose is the initial training location. Once training is completed and the Palo Alto showroom opens, your primary work location will transition to Palo Alto. Will my compensation or position change after moving to Palo Alto? No. Your compensation, role, and employment status will remain the same. Only your primary work location will transition from San Jose to Palo Alto after training.
