Luxury. About the Position The Patient Concierge plays an important role in creating the R+H experience from the moment a patient first contacts us through the completion of their visit. This is a part-time, patient-facing position in our Roseville office that combines luxury hospitality, patient communication, scheduling, organization, and medical-office professionalism. The Patient Concierge works closely with our providers, medical assistants, and other team members to keep the day running smoothly while helping each patient feel welcomed, informed, and well cared for. Our goal is to provide the level of service and attention associated with luxury hospitality while maintaining the professionalism, privacy, and organization expected in a medical practice. We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with people, takes pride in providing excellent service, notices the small details, and can help create a seamless and elevated patient experience.
