We are hiring experienced Concierge / Resident Services professionals who are polished, dependable, and know how to deliver exceptional hospitality. We are also looking for a strong leadership-level candidate who can help lead the concierge team. Pay is based on experience and level of responsibility. What You'll Do Welcome residents, guests, vendors, and visitors with professional hospitality Provide exceptional resident and guest service Assist with resident requests, packages, deliveries, and visitor access Maintain accurate shift logs and incident reports Communicate effectively with residents, property management, and team members Follow property procedures and emergency protocols Maintain a polished, organized, and welcoming front desk Support daily concierge and resident service operations Leadership Opportunity Candidates with strong concierge, hotel, front desk, luxury residential, or supervisory experience may be considered for a Lead Concierge opportunity.

Lead responsibilities may include:

Supporting and coaching concierge team members Maintaining service standards across shifts Assisting with training and onboarding Ensuring strong shift communication and accountability Working closely with operations leadership and property management What We're Looking For Concierge, luxury residential, hotel, front desk, guest services, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred Strong communication and people skills Professional appearance and demeanor Dependable, punctual, and accountable Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Basic computer skills Flexible availability preferred Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus Schedule This is a 24/7 residential operation with full-time and part-time opportunities across morning, afternoon/evening, overnight, weekday, and weekend shifts.
