We're seeking a motivated, high-performing Creole-speaking insurance broker to join our team. Applicants must hold an active Health Insurance Producer license to be considered. The Opportunity Most agents in this seat are on track to enroll 20-25 Medicare policies per month, with meaningful additional income from ancillary products (dental, vision, hospital indemnity, cancer/critical illness) and final expense / life cross-sales. What You'll Do Conduct compliant Medicare needs analyses and present Medicare Advantage, Med Supp, and PDP options that fit each beneficiary. Enroll an average of 20-25 Medicare policies per month using our quoting and e-application tools. Cross-sell complementary ancillary products and final expense / life policies during the same conversation when appropriate. Document every Client accurately in our CRM and follow CMS marketing and recording requirements to the letter.

Service your book:

handle SEP situations, plan changes, and re-shop existing clients during eligible windows.

REQUIRED.

Prior Medicare sales experience — you have sold MA, MAPD, Med Supp, and/or PDP plans and understand the compliance environment (CMS, scope of appointment, recorded-line rules). Strongly Preferred Multi-state licensure (or a willingness and track record of getting non-resident licenses quickly). Current AHIP certification (or ready to certify immediately upon hire). Track record of monthly production at or above the 30+ MAPD level in a captive or call-center setting. Experience cross-selling ancillary and final expense / life products inside the same Medicare conversation. Comfort with CRM hygiene.
