Best Value Dentures & Implants Palmetto Bay is looking for a Rock Star Treatment Coordinator and Dental Concierge!   • In-Office Espresso Machine Core Competencies:
  • Minimum of 2 years of dental front office experience
  • Comfortable presenting treatment plans and discussing financial options with patients
  • Mastery of dental insurance verification and billing
  • Strong customer service and hospitality skills
  • Prior knowledge of Open Dental software is a plus but not required
Essential Functions:
  • Excellent phone and in-person communication skills. You are the first and last impression our patients have of our office!
  • Comfortable discussing financials, collecting payments, and presenting treatment plans
  • Ability to explain the value of dental treatment and help patients move forward with their care
  • Must be willing to have comfortable and confident conversations with patients about cost and insurance
  • Eagerness to follow up with patients who have unscheduled treatment
  • Impeccable organization for scheduling, record keeping, and insurance management
  • A willingness to be flexible and accommodating with your schedule, including the understanding that patient care occasionally requires end times to run a little past the scheduled close
