Governors Towne Club is a premier Golf and Country Club located in Acworth, Georgia, known for its beautiful setting, exceptional service, and strong sense of community. We provide a luxurious yet welcoming environment for our members and guests and are committed to delivering a high level of hospitality and care. We are now hiring for a cross-trained Concierge role that will support multiple areas of the club, including Tennis, Wellness, and the Clubhouse. This position is a great opportunity to gain well-rounded experience while working closely with our members across several key departments. Role Overview The Concierge is responsible for providing exceptional assistance to members and guests, managing reservations, and performing front desk and receptionist duties. This position plays a key role in ensuring a positive first impression and maintaining excellent service standards throughout the club. Schedule This position follows a schedule of 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Occasional Saturdays. Other hours are decided by the other departments. Responsibilities Provide professional, friendly, and attentive service to members and guests Manage reservations and assist with member requests Perform receptionist and administrative duties Maintain a welcoming and polished front desk presence Support daily club operations as needed Qualifications Experience in concierge services and reservation management Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to stay organized and solve problems efficiently Professional demeanor and positive attitude

Pay:

$15.00 per hour
