- Aesthetics Administrator
- to be the heartbeat of our front office — the first smile our patients see and the reason they can't wait to come back. - Warmly check in and check out aesthetics patients, setting the tone for a five-star visit
- Collect payments and manage patient accounts
- Manage scheduling for three providers, keeping our busy practice running like clockwork
- Assist with room turnover and cleaning between patients to maintain our exacting standards
- Take patient photos for treatment documentation and progress tracking
- Provide hands-on assistance with patient treatments when needed
- Follow up with clients after treatments to ensure an outstanding experience and support retention What We're Looking For We hire for personality and work ethic first — experience is a bonus, not a requirement.
- Strong, outgoing personality — someone who naturally puts people at ease
- Excellent customer service skills— polished, attentive, and detail-oriented
- Team player— works well and communicates effectively with clinical and front-office staff
- Proactive mindset— anticipates needs and takes initiative without being asked

- Competitive pay: $18-22/hour depending on experience
