RESPONSIBILITIES

Welcome guests and ensure customer satisfaction through superior guest service Perform all check-in and check-out tasks Monitor security cameras Routinely patrol designated areas Answer general questions about the facility Check-in and out borrowed material Escalate any guest complaints Report any accidents or injuries to management staff immediately Other duties as assigned by Office Admin

REQUIREMENTS

No prior experience required Ability to work irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays. Excellent verbal communication, customer service and problem-solving skills. Ability to use typical office equipment. Ability to handle crisis situations calmly and efficiently Candidate must be self-motivated, highly organized, and detail orientated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
