The Role:

We are seeking a diligent and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Homeowner Services Attendant. This role is pivotal in enhancing the homeowner and guest experience by delivering top-tier customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Efficient handling, distribution, and delivery of mail and packages. Providing security services to maintain the safety and integrity of the community. Promptly responding to and fulfilling homeowner service requests. Building strong relationships with residents and guests through professional and courteous interactions. Collaborating with various departments to ensure service quality and responsiveness.

Requirements:

Proven track record in a customer service-oriented role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Flexibility to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to varying tasks. Physical ability to lift and maneuver heavy items and to move quickly when required. Proficient in office software applications for data entry and record keeping Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to interact with residents, guests and staff.
