Duties Collaborate closely with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and requirements for their wedding day. Learn men's formal wear expertise and etiquette. Create an upscale environment for our weddings and special occasion customers Help manage inventory for both rental and purchase Computer and Canva skills needed also, knowledge of AI software is a big advantage. You need to be naturally organized, reliable, on time, available daytime hours and some weekends. I mplement effective marketing strategies to promote wedding packages and attract new clients through social media, website content, and local partnerships. Provide exceptional customer service by maintaining clear communication with clients throughout the planning process and during the event itself Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines through excellent time management skills. Exceptional communication skills for client interactions. Hospitality industry experience that includes customer service excellence and guest relations expertise.
