Role:

Hey there! Are you a people person who thrives in a calm and uplifting space? Studio 11 is on the lookout for a Studio Concierge to be the welcoming face of our Yoga & Wellness Center. If you love making others feel at home, keeping things organized, and radiating good vibes, than this might just be your dream job!

What You'll Be Doing:

Customer Service & Front of House:

Welcome clients with a warm smile and help them check in for class. Handle phone calls, emails, and in-person questions with grace and positivity. Share the details on class schedules, memberships, and wellness offerings. Assist in administering our wellness services Process payments and memberships like a pro (while keeping it stress-free). Help resolve client concerns with kindness or loop in the manager if needed. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working directly with clients, providing a safe and welcoming experience, and following all required safety and operating protocols. Operate and oversee Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy appointments- training will be provided

Administrative Wizardry:

Keep client records updated using our studio software. Manage class schedules and help instructors with logistics. Track studio supplies and reorder when needed. Get creative with assisting with our social media content creation and help promote special events.

Studio Zen Keeper:

Keep the studio and reception area sparkling clean and clutter-free. Sanitize mats and props after each class (because cleanliness = happiness). Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors — it's all about that fresh feeling. Restock essentials like towels and refreshments (hydration is key!). Take care of our leafy green friends — happy plants, happy studio. Take out the trash and recycling (a little grounding activity, right?).

What We're Looking For:

Friendly, approachable vibe with excellent communication skills. Previous experience in customer service (bonus points if it's in a wellness or fitness setting!). Super organized and able to multitask like a champ. Basic tech skills (Spotify, Mindbody, Google Suite) A genuine love for yoga, wellness, and all things holistic.

Physical Zen Requirements:

Lift up to 25 lbs (because props and supplies don't move themselves). Comfortable being on your feet for a while — think of it as extra grounding.

Schedule & Perks:

Mondays or Wednesdays 4:15 - 8:30 pm plus various opportunities to pick up additional fill-in shifts Competitive pay based on experience. Work in a peaceful, positive environment with a like-minded team.
