Our clients trust us to maintain the highest standards of safety, cleanliness, and care. Working with animals is incredibly rewarding, but it is also an active, fast-paced, and physically demanding environment. We are looking for resilient, dependable team members who bring positive energy, strong communication skills, and a true commitment to excellence every single shift.
What You'll Do Active Dog Supervision:
Manage dynamic group play environments safely, reading canine body language and implementing Pack Pro Training techniques to maintain a calm, fun atmosphere.
Daily Care & Suite Maintenance:
Execute feeding, medication routines, and high-standard cleaning tasks (sanitizing suites, yards, play areas, and equipment).
Clear Communication:
Deliver polite, articulate, and professional updates to pet parents and team leadership, both verbally and through written report cards.
Fast-Paced Execution:
Receive, absorb, and quickly carry out clear verbal and written directions in a active environment.
Shift Availability & Schedules Morning Shifts:
Early start to prepare the facility and welcome daycare guests.
Afternoon/Evening Shifts:
Managing playgroups, feeding routines, and bedtime check-ins.
Mandatory Schedule Requirements:
Weekends and major holidays are required for all team members. Our busiest times are when pet parents travel, so weekend and holiday reliability is non-negotiable.
What We Look For Age Requirement:
Must be at least 17 years of age to apply.
