Position Summary Manages reception, pre-screening, phone intake, visitor management, mail handling, and administrative support. First point of contact for the facility. Prior authorization experiences a must.
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma required; associate's degree preferred Experience in reception, office administration, or healthcare front desk Knowledge of HIPAA and basic computer skills

Drug test at Hancock Gateway Lab (per ATC-140) Criminal background check must clear before first day (per ATC-139)

screening TB skin test or proof within past year Immunizations per ATC-139 Section 8 Job Responsibilities (derived from ARISE policies): Conduct pre-screening procedures and phone intake (ATC-143) Manage visitor sign-in/sign-out, ID verification, and escorting (ATC-143) Apply 42 CFR Part 2: cannot confirm or deny anyone is in treatment (ATC-128) Route all Release of Information requests to the Clinical Director / Privacy Officer (ATC-129) Accept subpoenas and warrants; immediately contact the CEO and Compliance (ATC-127) Handle mail distribution; enforce sealed mail policy and contraband awareness Answer emergency calls, contact 911, activate notification chain (ATC-133) Collect and distribute daily mail to appropriate personnel (ATC-410) Provide facility orientation information to scheduled visitors (ATC-133) Maintain front desk supplies and organizational materials Support administrative tasks as assigned General Standards (All Positions): Exemplify ARISE Core Values (Compassion, Integrity, Respect, Excellence, Collaboration) Follow the Code of Conduct (ATC-106) Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2 (ATC-128) Maintain a safe environment for recovery Participate in emergency drills and follow emergency procedures (ATC-133) Report critical incidents per ATC-132 Complete orientation within 5 business days and all required annual training Self-disclose arrests, charges, or convictions within 48 hours
