Cycle & Sculpt is looking for an energetic, welcoming, and detail-oriented Studio Concierge to join our team. This is a part-time position with shifts averaging approximately 4 hours. We're currently looking for someone who can regularly work Saturday and Sunday mornings, with availability to help cover evening shifts during the week as needed. The Concierge is a key part of the RHYTHM experience. From the moment someone walks through our doors, you help shape how they feel. A warm welcome, remembering a name, helping a first-time member feel comfortable, and making sure the studio looks incredible all matter. At RHYTHM, we believe what happens inside our studio is about more than fitness. It's about well-being, connection, community, and creating a place people genuinely look forward to coming back to. Our Concierge team helps bring that experience to life. What You'll Do Create an incredible first impression. Greet members and first-time guests with genuine energy, warmth, and a smile. Build connections. Get to know our members, learn names, answer questions, and help people feel like they belong at RHYTHM. Own the studio experience. Pay attention to what members see and experience—from the front desk and lobby to our workout spaces and amenities. Keep RHYTHM looking its best. Maintain a clean, fresh, polished, and organized studio throughout your shift. Reset between classes. Prepare studios, equipment, mats, props, bikes, and common areas so every class feels ready for the next group. Support our instructors. Help ensure studios are ready before class and assist with smooth transitions throughout your shift. Take initiative. We provide a task sheet for guidance, but our strongest Concierge team members notice what needs attention and take care of it without waiting to be asked. What a Shift at RHYTHM Looks Like This is an active role—not a sit-behind-the-desk position. Throughout your shift, you may be welcoming and checking in members, helping someone prepare for their first class, refreshing the lobby, resetting studios, organizing equipment and props, supporting instructors, tidying amenities, or simply noticing something that could make a member's experience better and taking care of it. You help set the tone of RHYTHM from the moment someone walks in until the moment they leave. Schedule & Availability Part-time Approximately 4 hours per shift Regular availability Saturday and Sunday Availability to cover weekday evening shifts as needed Additional shifts may become available based on studio needs Who We're Looking For Someone who genuinely enjoys meeting and talking with people Friendly, positive, and comfortable creating conversation Strong attention to detail and pride in keeping a space looking its best Self-motivated and proactive—you see what needs to be done and do it Reliable, punctual, and dependable Comfortable staying active and moving throughout your shift Able to balance member interaction with studio responsibilities Team-oriented and willing to jump in where needed Flexible and willing to help with additional shift coverage when available An interest in fitness, wellness, and community is a plus Why RHYTHM?
