Job Description and Duties:

The Care Advocate serves as the first point of contact for patients and the practice's public-facing voice — in person, on the phone, and online. This role blends front-office administrative support with patient relationship management and light digital marketing, ensuring patients have a smooth, welcoming experience while helping grow the practice's visibility in the community. Greet patients and visitors warmly upon arrival Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls; take accurate messages Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and follow up on patient appointments Perform INSiGHT scans (Neural, SEMG, HRV) accurately per protocol Prepare patients for scans and explain the process in clear, reassuring terms Photograph/video office happenings, testimonials (with consent), and educational content Respond to comments/messages and monitor online reviews Assist with community outreach events, promotions, and referral programs

From $18.00 per hour
