What You'll Be Responsible For:
✅ Serve as the first and last impression—greet every guest with warmth and professionalism ✅ Deliver a refined, luxury experience that sets our salon apart ✅ Confidently recommend services and retail to enhance client results ✅ Encourage guests to reserve future appointments for optimal consistency ✅ Follow up with guests via phone, text, and email to build lasting relationships ✅ Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets ✅ Conduct engaging salon tours to highlight our full range of services and products ✅ Promote 5-star reviews and guest referrals to support salon growth ✅ Maintain a clean, organized, and elegant front desk and retail space ✅ Inspire and energize your team—lead with enthusiasm and positivity
Who You Are:
