As the first point of contact for guests, players, families, and visitors, you would play a vital role in creating a welcoming and positive experience for everyone who walks through our doors. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about helping families and athletes have an outstanding experience at Teamworks. Essential Responsibilities Customer Service Welcome guests, players, coaches, and families with a positive and professional attitude. Answer questions regarding programs, leagues, camps, birthday parties, facility rentals, and events. Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally. Provide exceptional service that promotes a welcoming and family-friendly environment. Registration & Administrative Support Assist customers with program registrations and account management. Process payments Answer incoming phone calls Maintain accurate records and customer information within company systems. Facility Operations Monitor facility entry and check-in procedures. Assist with opening and closing responsibilities. Ensure front desk and lobby areas remain clean, organized, and presentable. Communicate effectively with management, coaches, referees, and other departments regarding schedules, customer needs, etc. Sales & Promotion Promote Teamworks programs, leagues, camps, birthday parties, and special events. Inform customers of upcoming opportunities and facility offerings. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, or recreation experience is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn registration software. Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment. Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented. Must be able to work nights and weekends Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the facility for extended periods. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
