Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required Detail oriented Must have the ability to speak effectively and professionally to all staff, management, and all outside individuals at all levels from elementary to professional Good computer Skills Ability to handle stressful situations in a professional manner Flexibility to work as needed including holidays, evenings, and weekends Flexibility to work in different areas within Patient Access as needed High School Diploma or GED preferred

Experience:

Experience in a hospital or medical setting is preferred. Knowledge of Insurances is preferred
