Ranches at Belt Creek is seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Full-Time Ranch Concierge to join our team. This position plays an important role in creating an exceptional experience for our guests, from planning their stay through departure. The ideal candidate is personable, detail-oriented, comfortable managing multiple priorities, and genuinely enjoys helping people. Responsibilities Communicate with guests before, during, and after their stay by phone, email, and text Assist guests with planning personalized itineraries, activities, dining, transportation, and other details of their visit Schedule and coordinate horseback riding, sporting clays, ATV excursions, fishing, hiking, archery, and other ranch activities Coordinate closely with ranch hosts, guides, wranglers, culinary staff, housekeeping, management, and outside vendors Manage guest reservations, arrival information, special requests, and itinerary changes Prepare and send guest itineraries, invoices, payment requests, and other correspondence Track deposits, outstanding balances, activity charges, lodging charges, and special arrangements Assist with group stays, corporate retreats, weddings, family gatherings, and special events Answer questions regarding accommodations, activities, dining, ranch amenities, and the surrounding area Handle guest concerns and last-minute changes professionally and efficiently Maintain accurate guest records and ensure important information is communicated between departments Provide general administrative and office support as needed Qualifications Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Friendly, professional, and confident when communicating with guests Comfortable using computers, email, spreadsheets, reservation systems, and other office software Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt when plans change Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with a team Dependable, responsible, and able to follow through on deadlines and guest requests Previous hospitality, customer service, administrative, office, or concierge experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person About Ranches at Belt Creek Ranches at Belt Creek is a luxury guest ranch and private ranch community located near Belt, Montana. Guests come to experience Montana through luxury accommodations, dining, horseback riding, fishing, sporting clays, ATV adventures, hiking, special events, and more. The Concierge is an important part of bringing those experiences together, helping ensure each guest receives personalized service and a memorable stay.

$40,000-$50,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.

Schedule:
