Concierge/Administrative Assistant

Job Description

Greet residents, guests, and visitors with professionalism and courtesy. Maintain and manage the membership database, including processing new and transfer memberships. Coordinate and manage reservation requests, meeting spaces, and room scheduling. Manage electronic record filing systems and logs to ensure all documentation is properly stored and accessible. Serve as the primary phone operator, directing calls, taking messages, and responding to inquiries. Provide general administrative support to management and other departments as needed. Previous experience in a concierge, administrative assistant, or customer service role, preferably in a luxury or private community setting. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and database management. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. A warm, polished, and professional demeanor with a passion for providing excellent service. Front desk-based position in a high-traffic community clubhouse or administrative office. Fast-paced environment with frequent interaction with residents and staff. Associate's degree (AA); and one to two years of administrative experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to work independently with little or no supervision. Ability to communicate verbally and in writing. Ability to compose letters and to facilitate phone calls and general inquiries sensibly. Healthcare Benefits
