Job Description
Director of Agent Experience & Market Center Services Market Center Communications & Social Media Serve as the professional first point of contact for incoming Market Center calls. Answer, screen, and appropriately route calls while providing an exceptional caller experience. Greet agents, clients, vendors, recruits, and guests warmly and professionally. Maintain awareness of Market Center activities so questions can be answered accurately and efficiently. Assist with the development and distribution of Market Center communications, announcements, newsletters, calendars, and internal messaging. Help promote upcoming training, events, meetings, educational opportunities, and Market Center initiatives. Assist with the management and creation of content for the Market Center's social media platforms , highlighting agent successes, Market Center culture, training opportunities, community involvement, events, and accomplishments. Capture photos and content during Market Center meetings, classes, celebrations, and events for use across social media and other communication channels. Help maintain a consistent, professional, and engaging Market Center presence across social media. Maintain accurate agent and Market Center contact information and directories. Agent Engagement & Culture Help create an environment where agents feel connected to their Market Center and to one another. Support Market Center leadership in strengthening agent engagement, participation, and retention. Assist with recognition programs, celebrations, cultural events, and community initiatives. Proactively recognize and celebrate agent achievements, production milestones, awards, birthdays, anniversaries, and other important moments. Help communicate and reinforce Market Center opportunities, training, events, and resources. Build meaningful relationships with agents and become someone they know they can turn to for assistance. Look for opportunities to create memorable experiences that make our Market Center stand apart. CEO & Leadership Support The Director of Agent Experience & Market Center Services will work closely with the Market Center CEO , serving as a trusted resource in the execution of Market Center priorities, initiatives, communications, and agent engagement.
Responsibilities include:
Assist the CEO with the coordination and execution of Market Center initiatives and priorities. Help translate CEO and leadership priorities into organized action and consistent follow-through. Assist with CEO scheduling, meetings, communications, presentations, and special projects as needed. Help prepare for Team Meetings, leadership meetings, agent meetings, recruiting events, trainings, and other Market Center activities. Coordinate communication and follow-up with agents on behalf of the CEO when appropriate. Assist with preparation of presentations, reports, recognition materials, meeting materials, and communications. Track action items and follow-up items to help ensure important Market Center initiatives continue moving forward. Help the CEO maintain consistent communication and connection with agents throughout the Market Center. Serve as an additional set of eyes and ears within the Market Center , communicating agent needs, opportunities, concerns, and feedback to the CEO. Anticipate needs, identify potential gaps, and proactively help develop solutions. Maintain discretion and confidentiality when working with leadership, agents, recruits, and sensitive Market Center information.
