Job Description
Job Summary Duties Greet and assist customers in a courteous and professional manner upon arrival. Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently. Answer questions from visitors and provide information about services or products offered. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area. Handle incoming calls and direct inquiries appropriately. Support team members with administrative tasks as needed. Ensure safety protocols are followed to create a secure environment for staff and visitors. Requirements Part-time availability on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor. Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in customer service or front desk roles is preferred but not required. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Reliable transportation or ability to arrive directly at the store location. This position offers an engaging opportunity for individuals looking to develop their customer service skills while contributing to a welcoming atmosphere.
