is hiring a Front Desk - Fitness/Aquatics in Port Washington, NY. This is a full-time position. As aFront Desk Associate, you are the first point of contact for people when they enter the building. Your role requires a flair for hospitality and customer service, providing the best possible experience for customers as you check them in, process credit card and cash payments, and assist with any questions they might have. You will need to handle questions and problem-solve effectively while making guests feel welcome, heard, and valued.

Available Shifts:

Saturday 8am - noon and Sunday 8am - 2pm

WHAT YOULL DO

Deliver amazing customer service by having a hospitality-focused, customer-first mindsetCheck amenity areas and equipment including pool and fitness centerCheck and record pool chemistry levels regularlyFill pool as necessaryCheck members in as they arrive to use the amenitiesAssist residents in proper use of the fitness center equipmentAnswer in-person queries and escalate as neededLight cleaning of the immediate amenity areas as necessaryKnow what events or lessons are going on and be able to answer questions about themLiaise with key people (e.g. fitness instructors, personal trainers, event planners, URBN management, lifeguard, etc) to ensure smooth operations of all the above
