Our Roslyn team is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated coach who loves working with athletes and families in a fast-paced, high-energy gym environment. This role combines active coaching on the floor with front desk customer service , making it ideal for someone who thrives on variety and loves connecting with people. What You'll Do Coach high-energy Ninja Warrior classes featuring warped walls, hanging obstacles, balance obstacles & more Encourage athletes through positive coaching, skill progressions, and confidence-building Keep our gym safe through proper spotting and obstacle supervision Set up and reset courses for classes, open gyms, and events Lead unforgettable, action-packed birthday parties Welcome families at the front desk, answer phones/emails, and assist with registrations Take payments and support daily administrative tasks What You Bring Experience coaching or teaching movement (Ninja, gymnastics, parkour, climbing, martial arts, etc.) Strong communication and people skills Ability to motivate athletes of all ages Friendly, professional customer service demeanor Weekday Availability A MUST!
