POSITION SUMMARY
The Concierge is responsible for delivering exceptional guest service by providing personalized assistance, localrecommendations, and support throughout the guest experience. This role requires excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, as well as extensive knowledge of the local area, hotel amenities, and guest services to ensure every guest has a memorable stay.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Deliver warm, personalized service to every guest, anticipating needs and creating memorable experiences. Coordinate reservations, transportation, excursions, dining, spa appointments, and other personalized guest requests. Provide expert recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, shopping, recreation, and seasonal activities tailored to each guest's preferences. Build and maintain strong relationships with local vendors and partners to ensure exceptional service andexclusive guest experiences. Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns, resolving issues with discretion and a sense of urgency. Communicate and collaborate effectively with all hotel departments to ensure seamless execution of guestrequests. Promote hotel amenities, dining venues, events, and experiences to enhance guest satisfaction and driveancillary revenue. Maintain accurate records of guest preferences, reservations, and special requests while protecting guest privacy and confidentiality. Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, appearance, and luxury hospitality at all times. Perform other duties as assigned in support of hotel operations and the guest experience. Seasonal position with the opportunity for year-round employment. Responsibilities and scope may evolve during the off-season based on operational needs.
