Full-time About the Role Southwoods Health is seeking a professional Concierge to serve as a vital liaison between patients, their families, and our clinical staff. In this role, you will provide real-time patient status updates, guide families through the facility, and ensure a warm, comfortable environment.

Essential Duties Patient Hospitality:

Greet patients and families, assist them with the registration process, and escort them to appropriate waiting or clinical areas.

Communication:

Serve as the bridge between clerical and clinical personnel to keep families informed of procedure timelines or delays.

Comfort Services:

Tend to special requests and maintain beverage, snack, and linen supplies in the waiting areas.

Administrative Support:

Assist with medical receptionist duties as needed.

Compliance:

Ensure all processes within the physician practice maintain compliance with relevant regulatory agencies (e.g., OSHA, ODH, BOP, TJC). Qualifications Strong communication and problem-solving skills. A consistently professional demeanor anchored by strong ethical and moral principles. Proficiency with computers and solid typing skills.
