Job Summary:

In this full-time role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for new admissions, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to families, patients, and healthcare professionals. Your expertise and attention to detail will ensure that all necessary paperwork, medical information, and logistical arrangements are completed promptly and accurately, allowing our patients to focus on their recovery and well-being.

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome new patients and families, providing clear communication about our services and amenities Coordinate the admission process, including obtaining necessary medical information, completing paperwork, and scheduling appointments Serve as a liaison between patients, families, and healthcare professionals, ensuring open communication and addressing any concerns or questions Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases, including patient information, medical histories, and treatment plans Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain confidentiality and HIPAA guidelines Collaborate with the care team to develop individualized care plans, incorporating patient preferences and goals
