NEW ALBANY LOCATION FULL TIME 40
hrs a week Open availability for ALL shifts required; flexibility to work a variety of days, hours, and times and must be available to work weekdays until 8pm Weekday shifts: availability required (schedule varies) must be available to work until close / 830pm 2-3 Saturdays per month, with open availability between 7:30 AM and 6:00
PM Abilities and Skills Needed:
Expert customer service and communication skills which include telephone and email etiquette Strong problem-solving ability Detail-oriented Commitment to guest care and ongoing professional growth Strength in computer skills and ability to learn new software Multitasking skillset Answer, investigate and respond to all customer inquiries regarding appointments, products, and feedback Our Full-Time (30hrs/week)
