Job Summary Relentless Collective is looking for a polished, dependable, and people-focused Member Concierge to help create an exceptional experience for our members and guests. This is more than a traditional front desk position. Our Member Concierge is one of the first faces members see when they walk through our doors and plays an important role in the overall atmosphere, organization, and professionalism of our facility. We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with people, takes pride in creating a welcoming environment, and can confidently handle day-to-day responsibilities without needing constant direction. What You'll Do As a Member Concierge, you'll be responsible for helping ensure every person who walks into Relentless Collective feels welcomed, recognized, and taken care of.

Responsibilities include:

Greeting members and guests in a warm, professional manner Learning members' names and helping create a personalized, community-driven experience Checking in members and assisting with facility access Answering questions about memberships, services, classes, recovery amenities, training, and the facility Giving tours to prospective members and helping them understand what makes Relentless Collective different Assisting with membership inquiries and new-member onboarding Answering phone calls, texts, emails, and general member questions Helping resolve member concerns professionally and knowing when an issue should be escalated to management Processing retail and pro shop purchases Keeping the front desk, lobby, member areas, and retail displays clean, organized, and presentable Restocking supplies and identifying items that need management's attention Performing light administrative and organizational tasks Supporting special events, promotions, and community initiatives Communicating clearly with management and other team members Helping maintain the high standard of service and professionalism we expect throughout the facility Who We're Looking For The ideal candidate is someone who is mature, reliable, personable, and confident working independently. You may be a great fit if you: Have previous experience in hospitality, customer service, office administration, retail, membership services, or a similar client-facing role Are naturally friendly and comfortable starting conversations with people Communicate professionally in person, over the phone, and in writing Are organized and attentive to details Take initiative when you notice something needs to be done Can multitask while remaining calm and professional Are comfortable learning new software and technology Are dependable and take ownership of your responsibilities Understand the importance of discretion and professionalism when handling member information Enjoy working in an energetic environment while still maintaining a polished level of customer service Previous gym or fitness industry experience is NOT required. We're much more interested in finding someone with the right personality, professionalism, work ethic, and customer-service mindset. What This Position Is Not We aren't looking for someone to simply sit behind a desk and check people in. Our Member Concierge should actively engage with members, notice when someone needs assistance, take initiative around the facility, and contribute to the overall member experience. We want our members to feel like they're walking into a place where someone knows their name, notices they're there, and is genuinely happy to see them. About Relentless Collective Relentless Collective is a locally owned fitness and performance facility serving the Dublin and Plain City communities. Our facility brings together 24/7 fitness, sports performance, recovery, group fitness, and community under one roof. Our members range from everyday adults to youth, collegiate, and professional athletes. We have worked hard to create something that feels different from a traditional commercial gym, and our team is a major part of that experience. We're looking for someone who wants to become a meaningful part of that team—not just fill a shift.

Pay:

$15.00 - $18.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 23.0 per week
