The Wine Spa at The Dundee Hotel, a new spa that offers holistic treatments rooted in vinotherapy, is seeking a Guest Services Coordinator to join our growing team. We're looking for help Friday-Sunday from 9 am to 5 p.m. This is the second location of a new spa concept, but we were just named one of TIME's 100 Greatest Places in the World —and we're growing steadily! About the Role As our Guest Services Coordinator, you are the face and the heart of The Wine Spa—the first and final impression our guests will have. You set the tone for the entire guest experience. The ideal candidate is friendly, reliable, self-motivated, and a strong communicator. You're comfortable with computers, comfortable multitasking and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Duties Greet and welcome guests warmly Manage guest intake forms and rebook appointments Answer calls and emails promptly Serve wine, tea, or water upon arrival Restock retail area and stay informed about our products Help flip treatment rooms, including light cleaning and laundry Keep the spa schedule running smoothly Be a strong, collaborative team player

An OLCC alcohol service permit is required for this position.
