Job Description

This is a part-time 1st shift (10am-6pm) position with an every Saturday and every Sunday schedule (weekends) Starting pay is $17 / hour! The Concierge will greet all guests of the community, ensuring they feel welcome and valued. Answer incoming calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate resource, assist with the distribution of mail and packages, and provide clerical support as needed. The Concierge will create Positive Partnerships with all residents and their families, providers, vendors and team members. Excellent customer service and a willingness to work with the elderly population is essential for this role. The Concierge will:
Greet and direct all guests in a friendly and helpful manner. Answer all incoming calls, routing them to the appropriate resource, or taking messages as needed. Organize incoming mail and ensure that it is distributed to the appropriate person. Respond to resident and family member questions and communicate important information with the Executive Director or MOD as appropriate. Maintain guest logs and community resource information. Respond and appropriately handle emergency situations that may arise in a calm, professional and effective manner. Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of the front lobby and entrance areas. Perform other responsibilities as needed.
Concierge Educational Requirements:
