Answer guest questions about spa services, products, facilities, and hours of operation. Schedule appointments for guests, ensuring that they are booked at times that are convenient for them. Upsell spa services and amenities to enhance guest experience. Check guests in and out of their appointments, keeping track of their personal information and preferences. Process payments for guests' treatments and retail purchases. Keep the reception area clean and organized, stocking it with brochures, magazines, and other materials as needed. Assist the Spa Manager with various administrative tasks. Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and update the appointment book daily. Maintain knowledge of all current promotions and discounts, as well as the details of each spa service. Handle guest complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, escalating them to a manager if necessary. Follow all safety and security procedures, including those related to handling cash and operating equipment. Attend mandatory staff meetings and training sessions. Perform other duties as assigned. ```Required Skills and Qualifications``` High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred. Ability to upsell products or services to maximize revenue. Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to work well under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with stock management and cash register operations is desirable. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions. Computer literacy with ability to learn new software programs. ```Preferred Skills and Qualifications``` Associate degree or higher in business administration, hospitality, or related field. Previous experience working in a spa or salon. Working knowledge of
