Job DescriptionGreeting patients and providing outstanding customer serviceCoordinating the care for each patient from initial evaluation to dischargeAnswering phonesElectronic schedulingData entryVerifying current personal and financial informationMaintaining patient charts and electronic medical recordsCollecting, posting, and depositing patient paymentsFaxing, filing, and performing any other duties as assignedAssist licensed physical therapy staff by observing patients during therapeutic exercises, ensuring safety and proper technique while under direction of licensed clinical staff.

Prepare patients for therapy sessionsMaintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and shared spaces; launder linens and sanitize treatment areas.

Assemble, disassemble, and maintain therapy equipment to ensure functionality.
