This is an AM Shift and is Thursday thru Tuesday. Responsibilities Answers inquiries, offer suggestions pertaining to activities on and off property. Achieve expert knowledge on all property activities Welcomes Marriott elite guests to Concierge Lounge and provides appropriate mealtime items Maintains a clean and orderly Concierge Lounge Greet guests warmly and provide personalized assistance upon arrival and throughout their stay Manage guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and courtesy, adhering to proper phone etiquette Assist guests with reservations, concierge services, and guest relations to enhance their overall experience Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the club lounge area, ensuring a welcoming environment Coordinate with other hotel departments such as front desk, restaurant services, and housekeeping to fulfill guest requests efficiently Provide information about resort amenities, local attractions, dining options, and activities Handle guest complaints or concerns promptly and escalate issues when necessary to ensure guest satisfaction Experience Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred. Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality excellence Excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of hotel operations, restaurant service, or guest relations is advantageous This position is integral to delivering an outstanding guest experience through attentive service and professional hospitality.
