Community Patrol - Part Time Nights (6pm - 6am) *Weekly Pay*

Job Description

Description Clinton Retirement Community is seeking a reliable, observant, and service-oriented Community Patrol to help maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for residents, visitors, and staff. This position is responsible for conducting property patrols, responding to resident and maintenance-related concerns, documenting incidents, and assisting with after-hours emergencies. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, sound judgment, and a commitment to exceptional resident service.
What you will do:
Conduct routine patrols and random inspections throughout the community to identify safety, security, and maintenance concerns. Observe, document, and report potential safety hazards, property changes, and incidents. Assist in maintaining the security and well-being of residents, visitors, and staff members. Provide escort services for staff, residents, and family members to vehicles or residences as needed. Respond to resident emergencies and assist with after-hours maintenance issues. Record and document service requests, observations, incidents, and resident concerns. Monitor, document, and report all fire alarm activations and outcomes. Perform minor maintenance repairs on a temporary basis as needed. Support preventative maintenance and housekeeping activities throughout the community. Operate maintenance vehicles and provide community tours when requested. Assist team members in other departments as needed to support community operations. Maintain accurate logs and reports according to community policies and procedures.
What is good to have:
