JOB SUMMARY
The Concierge serves as the first point of contact for residents, families, visitors, and vendors, and provides essential administrative support to the community. This role is integral to creating a warm, welcoming, and professional environment while ensuring operational excellence and adherence to Twenty20 Management's mission: to improve the lives of our customers, uphold commitments to staff and residents, and contribute to a rewarding and enjoyable workplace. Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Professional demeanor and appearance, with the ability to maintain composure in a busy environment.
Ability to work cooperatively with residents, families, staff, and outside professionals.

Must pass required background checks and meet all regulatory health and training requirements.

and care-needs driven, work hours and schedules are not guaranteed and may be modified, increased, or reduced at any time based on operational and business needs.
SPECIFIC REQUIRED SKILL, EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to operate and navigate an iPad effectively. Demonstrate good judgment and decision-making skills. Ability to make choices, decisions, and act in the resident's best interest. Ability to react and remain calm in difficult situations. Familiar with infection control. Ability to handle multiple priorities. Understanding of advanced directives and end of life.
