Responsibilities of a

Front Desk Staff:

Provide excellent service to members, guests, and program participants Build relationships and help members connect with each other and the YMCA Ensure facility security and enforce policies Conduct tours, sell memberships, and handle program registrations Accurately conduct financial transactions and resolve membership concerns Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills Previous customer service, sales, or related experience Basic knowledge of computers

Physical Demands:

Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks Effective communication skills in person and on the phone

Training:

Certification in CPR required within 30 days of hire New Employee Orientation required within first week of hire.
