Job Description

Three Creeks Luxury Spa is a high-end destination spa committed to creating a serene, restorative experience for every guest. We are seeking a dependable Spa Attendant to join our team. This position supports the operations of our treatment and locker areas, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and seamless flow between guest services.
Position Details Status:
Part-Time to Full-Time (approximately 20-40 hours per week)
Compensation:
$15 per hour; full-time is elegible for full benefits

Kingsport, Tennessee Available Shifts:
Flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends Duties and Responsibilities (Spa Attendant Function) Maintain cleanliness and organization in the locker rooms and adjacent spa areas. Support the spa's laundry operations, including washing, drying, folding, and restocking linens. Assist in turning over treatment rooms between guests to ensure readiness and sanitation. Perform general cleaning duties in guest and staff areas, including sweeping, mopping, dishes, andrestocking refreshment stations. Monitor spa amenities such as water, coffee, and snack displays to maintain presentation and availability. Work closely with Spa Coordinators and service providers to ensure smooth daily operations. Uphold the calm, professional atmosphere of the spa at all times, supporting the Three Creeks standard of excellence Duties and Responsibilities (Spa Coordinator Function) Greet guests upon arrival with warmth and professionalism, setting the tone for a refined, tranquil experience. Manage client check-ins and check-outs, ensuring seamless coordination with massage therapists, estheticians, and other service providers. Maintain the spa's appointment schedule through the booking system, verifying accuracy of timing, service type, and staff assignments. Answer guest inquiries, offering detailed knowledge of services, packages, and promotions. Handle point-of-sale transactions with accuracy, including service payments, product purchases, and gift card sales. Keep the reception and retail areas organized, fully stocked, and visually aligned with the spa's luxury aesthetic. Coordinate daily communication between front desk, treatment staff, and management to ensure smooth operations and guest flow. Monitor cleanliness and ambiance in common areas, promptly addressing any issues with lighting, scent, music, or refreshment displays. Assist with product inventory management, restocking retail supplies as needed. Uphold confidentiality, professionalism, and discretion regarding guest information and internal operations. Record and report any scheduling conflicts, equipment issues, or client feedback promptly to management. Contribute to maintaining a calm, elegant environment that reinforces the Three Creeks Luxury Spa brand and standard of excellence. Qualifications Prior experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or spa environments preferred. Ability to lift, carry, and transport up to 50 lbs and navigate stairs safely with loads. Reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of maintaining a consistent work pace. Professional demeanor and commitment to maintaining guest privacy and comfort. Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings. High school diploma required The single-most important determining factor will be your overall attitude and how you get along with others. $15.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 30.0 per week
