This role is essential to creating a positive experience for the families we serve while keeping our day-to-day front office operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
Greet and check in families and visitors with a warm, positive attitude. Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately. Respond to questions regarding programs, services, birthday parties, camps, and events. Make outbound calls regarding birthday party inquiries and other customer follow-up. Process payments and maintain accurate customer records. Assist therapists and staff with administrative tasks as needed. Keep the lobby and building clean, organized, and welcoming. Help ensure efficient daily operations by completing various office and administrative duties.
Qualifications:
Excellent customer service and communication skills. Friendly, professional, and patient demeanor. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. High School Diploma Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn new software. Previous receptionist, customer service, or administrative experience is preferred but not required. Experience working with children is a plus.

We're searching for someone who enjoys helping people, thrives in a team environment, and takes pride in creating a welcoming experience for every family who walks through our doors. This position would work mostly weekdays with occasional weekend shifts as needed. This position would be roughly 10-20 hours a week.
