Job Overview The MCM Elegante Hotel is hiring for a Front Desk Clerk/Night Audit Relief to join our team. Must be available from 3pm-11pm and 11pm-7am. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests providing exceptional customer service an ensuring a pleasant stay. Responsibilities Welcome guests upon arrival and provide a warm, friendly atmosphere. Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls accurately and professionally. Check guests in and out efficiently while ensuring all necessary information is collected. Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications through phone calls and online systems. Provide customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring excellent client communication through phone or in-person interactions. Experience No previous experience needed Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills A positive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure in a team-oriented environment.
