Overview We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk/Court Attendant to join us at Courtside Pickleball Club. This role involves managing daily front desk operations, assisting members and guests, coordinating open play sessions, and maintaining the cleanliness of the facility. The ideal candidate will be personable, proactive, and capable of multitasking in a dynamic environment to ensure an enjoyable experience for all visitors. Responsibilities Greet members and guests warmly upon arrival, providing excellent customer service. Answer phone calls promptly, assist with inquiries, and handle reservations or scheduling requests. Coordinate and run open play sessions, ensuring smooth operation of court bookings and member participation. Monitor the facility during operating hours to ensure safety and adherence to club policies. Maintain cleanliness of the facility, including courts, common areas, and equipment. Manage check-in procedures for members and guests efficiently. Assist with basic administrative tasks as needed to support daily operations. Skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with members and staff. Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly and professional demeanor. Basic organizational skills for managing reservations, calls, and facility upkeep. Reliability and punctuality to ensure smooth daily operations. Basic knowledge of facility cleaning protocols is a plus but not required. Pay:

$15.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 12.0 per week
