This position works primarily on weekends to help capture missed opportunities from walk-in traffic, provide facility tours, explain membership options, assist with membership on-boarding, and help current members with basic membership needs. This role combines hospitality, sales support, on-boarding, and member service. The goal is to make sure every guest and member who enters Republic Gun Club is welcomed, informed, and guided to the right next step. Experience Previous hotel or resort front desk experience preferred, with a focus on guest relations Multilingual or bilingual skills highly desirable to serve diverse clientele effectively Proven customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Strong time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods Experience in hospitality, restaurant service, or guest services is a plus Knowledge of phone etiquette and front desk procedures essential for professional communication Familiarity with resort amenities or hospitality software systems is advantageous Join us in creating memorable experiences for our members and guests!
