Responsibilities:

Checking guests in and out, as well as providing guest orientation Scheduling appointments,in accordance withOmni Hotel & Resorts Moments of Service. Cash handling Responsible for opening and closing of all areas of the Warm Springs Pools Know and share information about the resort and activities,demonstrateknowledge by accurately communicating daily events, hours of operation, and resort/activity information to our guests Educating guestsregardinghistory, mineral properties, and benefits of soaking in the Warm Springs Pools Maintain a clean, aestheticallydesirable and safe environment which meets the Omni Standards of Operations Maintain bathrooms and restock supplies as needed. Know and adhere to the Omni Personal Appearance Standard Other clerical duties as needed

Requirements:

Customer service experience is highly preferred. High school diploma or equivalent. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office. Must be able to communicate effectively in a professional business environment. Must have the ability to stand for 7 hours per day. Ability to lift, carry, push, pull 30 lbs.
