Job Overview:

We are seeking a Line Cook to join our team in the food industry. As a Line Cook, you will assist in food preparation and meal planning, ensuring high-quality dishes are served to our customers. • Drug Screening and Background Check Required Duties:

• Assist in preparing and cooking meals according to recipes and menu planning
• Help with food preparation, including chopping vegetables, marinating meats, and assembling ingredients
• Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and timely service
• Cleaning Projects/Dishes
• Assist in maintaining inventory and stocking supplies as needed
• Adhere to dietary department guidelines and special dietary restrictions when preparing meals

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a catering or food preparation role is preferred but not required
• Basic knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong knife skills for cutting, chopping, and slicing ingredients
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
• Ability to work well as part of a team and take direction from senior staff
