Job Overview Experience is required This position will be for Sunday through Friday lunch shifts 9am to 2pm We're looking for a passionate and reliable Line Cook to join our kitchen crew. In this role, you'll be responsible for preparing delicious meals efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness. Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items following established recipes and quality standards. Assist in food prep tasks such as slicing, portioning, and assembling ingredients. Support the team during busy hours by ensuring timely meal preparation and service. Follow safety standards in production, including proper knife skills and food safety management. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to coordinate tasks and ensure smooth operations. Qualifications Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or culinary environment preferred. Knowledge of food handling, safety standards, and kitchen equipment operation. Strong knife skills with proper slicing techniques.
