Duties Prepare food items according to established recipes and safety standards, ensuring quality and consistency in every dish Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process retail sales transactions accurately and efficiently Handle cash register operations, process cash transactions, and give correct change while maintaining accurate cash handling records Manage food service customer orders from taking to serving, ensuring timely delivery and excellent customer satisfaction Maintain a clean workspace by adhering to sanitation, food safety, and food handling protocols throughout your shift Assist with bussing tables, cleaning dining areas, and supporting kitchen staff with food preparation tasks when needed Upsell menu items to increase sales and enhance the guest experience through friendly recommendations Skills Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments with strong food preparation skills Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient transaction processing Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders swiftly during busy periods Knowledge of food safety management, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently in a fast-paced setting Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and order totaling Culinary experience is a plus, along with restaurant or café experience that demonstrates adaptability in a lively environment Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering top-notch food service while creating memorable moments for every guest!
