Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in food preparation, ensuring that all ingredients are prepped and cooked to perfection. Assembly of dishes and ensure that all food items are prepared according to recipes and presentation standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, including proper storage of food items. Follow all food safety guidelines and regulations to ensure a safe dining experience for guests. Operate kitchen equipment safely, including knives and other culinary tools. Assist with inventory management by tracking supplies and notifying management when stock is low. Skills Proficient in food preparation techniques with a strong understanding of food safety practices. Experience in food service environments, preferably in restaurants or catering settings. Knowledge of dietary aide practices and menu planning is a plus. Strong knife skills and familiarity with various culinary tools and equipment. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff.
