The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service, and will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes that meet our restaurant's standards. This role requires a commitment to food safety and an ability to work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure a smooth operation. Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards. Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety regulations and quality standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including workstations and equipment. Possess a work first mentality with a high level of urgency to accommodate to guests in a prompt manner. Collaborate with management and other kitchen staff members to ensure timely service during peak hours. Requirements At least 1 year of line cook experience Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations. Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Strong teamwork and communication skills, with a willingness to help others in the kitchen. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. (Sundays off) $18-$21/hr (DOE)
