Overview We are a small home-cooking restaurant seeking a dedicated and creative Line Cook/Pizza Pro to join our team. You will be responsible for operating kitchen equipment, preparing pizza and other menu items, and ensuring consistency in every dish. Responsibilities Operate various kitchen equipment safely and efficiently to prepare menu items, especially pizzas. Follow established recipes accurately to ensure consistent quality and presentation. Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes with attention to detail and quality. Work independently and proactively to manage your station during shifts. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area in compliance with safety standards. Contribute creatively to menu offerings when appropriate, enhancing the overall customer experience. Prioritize food quality and presentation to give customers an enjoyable dining experience. Think ahead and plan your workflow to ensure timely service during busy hours. Skills Experience operating kitchen equipment such as ovens, mixers, and prep tools. Strong understanding of recipe adherence and food safety standards. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Creativity in food preparation with a genuine passion for quality cuisine. Good communication skills and a positive attitude. Ability to think ahead, stay organized, and manage time effectively during shifts.
