This is a hands-on cooking position for someone who is organized, follows direction, and works well as part of a team. Duties Prepare and cook Mexican dishes Maintain food quality and consistency Follow recipes, instructions, and kitchen procedures Keep workstations clean and organized Work efficiently with the kitchen team Follow food safety and cleanliness standards

Requirements:

Mexican cooking experience

REQUIRED

Restaurant kitchen experience Able to follow direction and kitchen systems Organized, dependable, and strong team player Reliable and punctual Food safety knowledge a plus
